Before you share a presentation, know what the route is for.
This page explains the minimum current information we use for diagnostic, toolkit, and workshop requests. Do not submit material you are not permitted to share.
Information collected
We may receive the contact details, presentation context, and materials you choose to submit through our request forms.
How information is used
Submitted information is used to respond to your request, provide requested resources or diagnostic follow-up, and understand the site experience.
Sharing sensitive material
Use a redacted or partial deck whenever possible. Request forms are provided through Tally; review its policies as well as this page before submitting confidential material.
Retention and deletion
Free diagnostic files are deleted within 30 days after we send the review. Paid-project files are deleted 90 days after final delivery unless you request earlier deletion or a contract requires otherwise. Request and contact details are reviewed quarterly and kept only as long as needed.

Who can access submissions
At present, submitted materials are accessed only by Ben (Benjamin Slater) to review your request and prepare a reply.
External form provider
Request forms are provided by Tally . Tally may process or store submissions outside Korea under its own policies. Review Tally's privacy policy before sending confidential material.
NDA
An NDA is available on request for client work. Please ask before sharing material that requires a formal confidentiality agreement.
